The next annual sale event will be held in November 2012; it will provide discounts for our summer 2013 trips. Our trips tend to sell out; we generally offer only one seat sale each year. Mothership cruises are not included in the annual sales.

Seat Sale Reservations
To reserve a space at the reduced price, a $200 per person non-refundable deposit must be provided during the one-day sale event. Seat sale deposits are accepted via PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer.
Upon receiving your deposit, Butterfly Tours will provide you with access to our password-protected online resource. The resource includes printable files containing the information package, equipment list, medical form, waiver and terms.
To confirm a seat sale reservation, the completed medical form, waiver, terms and balance of payment must be received by Butterfly Tours within one week.
Balance of payment is accepted by cheque, money order, bank draft, wire transfer, Interac or PayPal.
We cover PayPal's processing fee for the deposits. If you choose to provide the balance of payment via PayPal, a 4% processing fee is charged. To avoid the 4% fee, please provide the balance of payment by cheque, money order, bank draft, wire transfer or Interac. (The 4% fee is charged only when providing balance of payment via PayPal.)
If the balance of payment and completed forms have not been received within one week, the seat sale reservation becomes cancelled.
Before making a reservation, please familiarize yourself with the terms of the cancellation policy.
Alternately, at any time you may provide a deposit of $500 to hold your space until 90 days prior to departure, at which time the regular price balance of payment becomes due.
