In order to encourage advance reservations, the November seat sale provides maximum discounts.  If an additional seat sale is scheduled, savings will be diminished as the kayaking season approaches.  Discounts are limited to tours that have three or fewer guests registered; once a tour has four guests registered, no further seat sales will be offered on that tour.
(Evolution Guide School courses are not scheduled for seat sales.)

Seat Sale Reservations
To reserve a space at the discounted rate, a $200 per person non-refundable deposit must be provided during the sale event.  Seat sale deposits are accepted only via PayPal, or Interac email money transfer.

Funds may be transmitted securely online using an Interac email money transfer. For more information, please see the Interac website. Secure online credit card transactions are provided by PayPal. For more information, please see our PayPal web page.

Upon receiving your deposit, Butterfly Tours will provide access to our password-protected online resource for participants.  The resource contains printable PDF files of our medical form, waiver and terms.

To confirm a seat sale reservation, the completed medical form, waiver, terms and balance of payment must be received by Butterfly Tours within one week.

Balance is payable by cheque, money order, bank draft, wire transfer or Interac.   (When providing balance of payment via PayPal, a 3% processing fee is added.)

If balance of payment plus the completed medical form, waiver and terms have not been received within seven days, the seat sale reservation becomes cancelled.
